Gough Street Music Garden

It’s been a while since our last get-to-know-us posts, so let me reintroduce myself! I’m Allie Lovee, and I run this lovely little music school. I’m a Peabody-trained classical musician, but I love exploring music from popular genres like film and video games too.
In addition to coordinating schedules, planning recitals and events, and maintaining the studio and instruments, I teach piano, guitar, songwriting, composition, and music theory! It just so happened that all of my favorite things - music, teaching, and working with children - combined into my dream job. I love being a part of the Baltimore community and connecting with my fellow musicians, whether they’re at the beginning of their journeys or have been on it for a while!

Congratulations students!! We are SO proud of this talented group of pianists, singers, violinists, and violists who volunteered their skills to put on an amazing spring recital! It takes a lot of bravery to get up on stage, no matter your age or skill level, and we hope those in the audience see all the preparation and hard work that went into this performance. Brava, GSMG students!

Join us this Sunday at 3pm to celebrate the accomplishments of 14 talented performers at our Spring Gough Street Music Garden recital! These students in piano, voice, violin, and viola have worked so hard all semester to put together a concert of advanced repertoire, and we can’t wait to show them off!
