Test & Balancing, Inc. is actively seeking individuals to join their team as HVAC Air Balancing Helpers or Technicians. This role is crucial for ensuring that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are functioning optimally by testing, adjusting, and balancing the various components. Ideal candidates should have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in the field is preferred, but there are also opportunities for those new to the industry to learn and grow into the role. With the demand for skilled technicians on the rise, this position offers a promising career path for those interested. Great job for someone just out of high school and looking for a career in the construction industry without any prior experience or schooling.
No experience or college education required.
Must have reliable transportation to drive to and from jobsites daily. Work sites are in Maryland, Virginia and DC.
Typical hours are normally 7 AM to 3:30 PM but could vary by an hour or so depending on the jobsite.
Must be able to stand all day and carry ladders and other small tools or equipment.
