Today, our Middleborough family lined the halls to celebrate two incredible educators as they begin their next chapter. ππ€
Mrs. Sharon Fischer and Mrs. Sue Costello have dedicated countless years to supporting, inspiring, and caring for students, families, and staff. As a small token of our gratitude, students and staff surprised them with a retirement parade filled with flowers, cheers, hugs, and well wishes.
Thank you for the memories you helped create, the lives you touched, and the legacy you leave behind. Middleborough is better because of you.
Wishing you both endless joy, adventure, and happiness in retirement. Once a Mariner, always a Mariner. βοΈ

βπ May has been full of memorable moments at Middleborough! πβ
As we look back on the month so far, we are celebrating the many opportunities our Mariners have had to learn, perform, connect, and create lasting memories together.
πΊ Our 5th graders stepped back in time and danced through the decades during a special celebration made possible through the generous sponsorship of our amazing Middleborough PTAβthank you for helping create such a fun and meaningful experience for our students!
π We also celebrated the launch of our own Little Free Library, creating even more opportunities to share the joy of reading with our school community. Thanks to Mrs. Greer for bringing this to our community!
πΆ Our stage has been shining this month as our Kindergarten, Grade 2, Grade 4, and Grade 5 students, along with our incredible Moving Mariners Dance Team, showcased their hard work and talents during their spring performances. We are so proud of the confidence, creativity, and joy our students shared with families and staff. Thank you, Mr. Porterfield, Ms. Davies, and Ms. Patek for your direction.
Thank you to our students, staff, families, and community partners for making Middleborough such a special place to learn and grow. Weβre not done yetβthere are still more memories to make as we sail toward summer! ββ¨

ππ Teacher Appreciation Week at Middleborough Elementary ππ
This week, we had the privilege of celebrating the incredible educators who make Middleborough such a special place for our students, families, and community. From the moment our students walk through the doors each morning, our teachers lead with patience, compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to helping every child grow and succeed.
Throughout the week, our staff enjoyed special treats, meals, surprises, and thoughtful gestures made possible by the generosity and support of our amazing Middleborough Elementary School PTA and school community. We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this week meaningful for our teachers and staff.
To our teachers: thank you for the countless hours you pour into planning, supporting, encouraging, and loving our Mariners each and every day. Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and we are deeply appreciative of all that you do for our students and families.
Middleborough is stronger because of you. πβ
Please join us in celebrating and thanking our extraordinary teachers and staff for all they do each day!
