Join us on Thursday June 25 on SIGSBEE from 6-8pm for a relaxing evening on Baltimore's Harbor with food and drinks provided by The Local Oyster! Help the crew raise the sails and navigate the boat.

Learn some local history and relax while enjoying the sounds and activity on the water. Happy Hour spread featuring locally farmed oysters on the half shell, sustainably sourced shrimp cocktail & other snacks for our vegetarian guests. This cruise will offer beer & wine from local breweries, wineries & distributors. $75/adult 21+ event.

We just got home from a 2-day training sail on the Schooner LADY MARYLAND where we trained the new crew and prepared ourselves and the vessel for the upcoming overnight programs and voyages to Virginia and eventually to New York and New England this summer.

The crew and I had a blast setting sails, learning the ropes, making dinner and standing watch. We got to set the topsail on Day 1 and spent the night anchored just inside of White Rocks in Rock Creek.

Maybe you saw the world's only pungy schooner out there on the river these last two days?

We still have some tickets available for the Sip and Science Cruise on MILDRED BELLE this Friday May 15 from 6-8pm. Tickets are $35 and you are welcome to BYOB and BYO-snack.

Come join us and try your hand as a mariner by helping to steer and navigate the boat, learn more about the rich ecosystem of the Chesapeake Bay Watershed through interactive, opt-in activities on board, and relax while enjoying the sounds and activity on the water. Bring your own food and beverages to enjoy with the help of crew-provided coolers.
