We have two more slots left for children aged 5-12 in our free afterschool program and, if your children go to a school in East Baltimore or the Inner Harbor area near the McKim Center at 1201 E. Fayette Street, then Wisdom Projects (https://wisdomprojects.org), our Educational and Health Services Partner, provides free transportation from your children's school. Our campers had a marvelous time today at the Gunpowder Friends Meeting retreat, drumming, learning science outdoors and indoors, eating good food, and doing art. Both McKim and Gunpowder were officially founded in 1821 and we are sister organizations. "This Little Light of Mine" is one of the theme songs of both of our organizations! 😊

Today our McKim summer began learning in a kid-appropriate manner. Golf helps children build strong character and by teaching patience and emotional control. Golf emphasizes concentration, balance, core strength, and detailed hand-eye coordination. We are so proud of our young and apprentice coaches!
