“Now is the time for dialogue and building bridges.“ // Pope Leo XIV

It was great to spend last weekend in Chicago at the Interfaith America Conference! Grateful for the invite to Fr. Matt, Brandon, and Sebastian by Matt and the Center for Religious, Spirituality, & Pluralism (UMBC’s Student Belonging ). An additional plus was that they were able to visit the childhood home of Pope Leo!

May we strive to love Jesus and share his love even more by diving deeper into relationship with him and one another as we enter into this new academic year!

This was quite the summer of weddings! Congrats to:
— Michael (C’25) & Lilly on June 27!
— Ben (C’25) & Annamarie (C’26) on July 3!
— Isabella (C’25) & Josh on July 25!

It was beautiful to celebrate so many weddings this summer and rejoice in the sacrament of matrimony!

This weekend ends Seminarian Pascal’s time with us for the year! Pascal started his pastoral year with us last June. He quickly became part of our community and we will miss him greatly! Please pray for him as he returns to seminary!

We can’t wait for him to visit and (God willing) for his diaconate ordination next May!
