I hope you and your families are doing well!

I wanted to personally invite you to join me as I participate in the Baltimore Walk for Autism. 💙♾️

Those who know me know how important community, inclusion, education, and creating spaces where everyone feels valued are to me. Participating in this walk is another opportunity to put those values into action while supporting autism awareness and acceptance in our community.

Leadership often comes with moments of quiet doubt.

Last week, I spent time praying and fasting over Green Goals Beauty Academy. As our Fall program continues to fill and I look ahead to the vision for Summer 2027, I found myself asking a simple question:

Are we truly creating the impact God called us to make?

The answer came through a message about one of our former students, Jayden, who is now a licensed barber working in a professional barbershop.

While I’m incredibly proud of his accomplishment, what stands out most is the journey behind it. He showed up consistently, worked through fear, believed in himself, and stayed committed to his goals.

To Jayden’s parents, thank you for trusting Green Goals Beauty Academy from the very beginning—even when we only had two students. Your faith in our mission helped build the foundation we’re standing on today.

Moments like these remind me that meaningful work isn’t measured solely by growth metrics or enrollment numbers. It’s measured by lives transformed, confidence built, and opportunities created.

I’m grateful for what God has done, what He’s doing, and what He continues to prepare us for.

Here’s to continuing to build dreams and change lives—one student at a time. 🙏🏾💚
