Millions of people visit their libraries every week. Whatâs the draw? Everything.
Itâs the first day of âa time to celebrate the places that welcome everyone, spark curiosity, and strengthen our communities.
From books and storytimes to job help, makerspaces, and quiet corners to dream big, libraries offer something for everyone. During National Library Week, April 6â12, take a moment to discoverâor rediscoverâwhat makes your library special.
But this year, celebration alone isnât enough. With censorship attempts still on the rise and federal library funding at risk, whatâs at stake is access and opportunity for all. So this National Library Week, weâre inviting you to show up at your libraryâand show up for our libraries.
