The 8th grade scholars aren't the only ones who made it to the finish line!

After months of planning, meetings, rehearsals, phone calls, ticket counts, cap & gown distribution, and making sure every detail was just right, the KJGA Instructional Leadership Team officially survived 8th Grade Closing Exercises! 🚀

What started as a team full of energy & Rocket Pride ended as a team full of Rocket Pride, relief, and maybe just a little exhaustion. 😅

Congratulations to the Class of 2030! We are incredibly proud of you and can't wait to see all the amazing things you'll accomplish as you continue soaring to new heights.

Announcement About 8th Grade Prom

Unfortunately, due to tomorrow's schedule the 8th grade Prom has been canceled. Please take the extra time to get ready & plenty of rest for Closing Exercises on Friday.

Additionally, please remember to return your blue RSVP form to collect your 2 tickets for Closing Exercises!

8th Grade Closing Ticket Information

🎓 Caps & Gowns Have Arrived! 🎓

Our 8th graders received their caps and gowns today in preparation for Closing Exercises!

A few important reminders:

✅ Each student will receive one cap and gown set.
✅ Students who were absent today may pick theirs up tomorrow (Wednesday) after rehearsal.
✅ Please remove gowns from the packaging tonight to help release wrinkles. If needed, lightly steam the gown to ensure it is ready for the ceremony.
✅ Help us keep gowns clean and in good condition for Closing.

🎟️ Ticket RSVP forms will be distributed tomorrow. Please complete and return them by Thursday.
