🎬🥋 JUNIORS MOVIE NIGHT WAS A BLAST! 🍕🎉

What a great night with our Juniors! We packed the evening with dodgeball, games, pizza, a movie, and plenty of laughs with our coaches.

Events like this are about more than just having fun—they give our students a chance to build friendships, make memories, and enjoy time together off the regular class schedule.

A huge thank you to all the kids who came out and to our awesome coaches for making the night such a success! ❤️

🌸 Women’s Class Technique Tuesday -With Coach Kelly 🌸

This week, we’re working the Hip Bump Sweep into the Kimura!

For a strong hip bump sweep, make sure your hips rise higher than your opponent’s and secure their arm firmly at the shoulder. Without good height and control, your opponent can resist the sweep by keeping their hips higher than yours.

When they post their arm to stop the sweep—that’s your opportunity to attack the Kimura!

🥋 Kimura Tip: Keep your leg tight against their back so they can’t roll out and escape.

Great technique, strong control, and smart transitions! 💪
