🗣️Fall Festival Update‼️

Families that have registered, paid and dropped off their candy 🍬 should be on the lookout 👀 in their oldest students' take home folders. Wristbands for entry into the event have been sent to their teachers and should come home over the next several days.

For those that have not dropped off candy - there is 1️⃣ more time slot to drop off your candy. Wristbands for entrance into the event will only be sent once your candy donation has been received. Candy cannot be brought the night of the event.

Also, a reminder that registration will close on Wednesday, October 14th. You MUST pre-register to attend. No night of walk ups will be allowed entry.

💙 ONE CHECK POWER HOUR! 💙

It’s time to show your Woerther spirit and help support our school! 🎉

Our One Check Campaign is our alternative to traditional fundraising. Instead of asking our families to sell products throughout the year, we ask for one donation that helps our PTO provide so many of the things our students and teachers enjoy, including:

🚌 Buses for field trips
🎉 Parties and special events for our kids
🏫 School improvements and extras
🍎 Teacher & staff support
💙 And so much more!

⏰ POWER HOUR!

Friday, October 9 | 6:00–7:00 PM

We're making it a little more fun! During Power Hour, the grade with the most donations will win an EXTRA RECESS! 🥳🙌

When you make your donation during Power Hour, PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR CHILD'S GRADE so we can give credit to the correct class!

Every donation counts, and every family can make a difference. Whether you can give a little or a lot, your support helps us continue providing experiences and opportunities for our kids without having to rely on traditional fundraisers all year long.

Let's see which grade can bring home the EXTRA RECESS! 🏆

💚Donate. Support our school. Help your class win! 💜

🗣️What are PTO Perks, you might be wondering?

It’s simple! Anytime volunteer opportunities come up at the school, just sign up and lend a hand. Every few weeks, we’ll enter the names of our amazing volunteers into a drawing for a chance to win some fun perks!

Prizes may include gift cards, free Scooter’s Coffee, Andy’s Frozen Custard, and more! ☕🍦🎁

PTO can’t successfully put on some of the amazing events we do without the help of our volunteers. We truly appreciate everyone who gives their time, and these perks are just our little way of saying THANK YOU! 💜💚

So the next time you see a volunteer sign-up, don’t hesitate to jump in—you could help our school AND win yourself a little something! 😉

💚A BIG thank you to our amazing families💜

Thank you to everyone who donated food, drinks, and treats to help feed our teachers and staff during Parent-Teacher Conferences Tuesday night! Your generosity helped make a busy evening a little easier for the people who spend their days caring for and supporting our kids. 🥰

We are so grateful for a school community that continues to show up for our teachers in so many ways. It truly takes a village, and we’re so thankful you’re part of ours!
