We want to give a HUGE shoutout to the Saratoga County Police for taking the time to visit our daycare! 🐾👮‍♂️
Our preschoolers had such an amazing experience learning about safety and the important role K-9 units and their handlers play in keeping our community safe.
We also want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of our families who contributed to our month-long K-9 drive. Because of your generosity, we were able to collect so many treats and toys for these hardworking dogs who give so much to our community.
We are so grateful for your support and for the opportunity to teach our children about community helpers in such a meaningful way! 💙🐶

🍀 Oh no… look who stopped by our daycare! 🍀
It seems a mischievous little leprechaun paid us a visit and left quite the mess behind! Chairs were tipped, toys were scattered, and there may have even been a trail of tiny green footprints leading all around the room… 👀✨
Our kids had so much fun discovering the silly shenanigans and trying to figure out what that tricky leprechaun was up to!

🎉 Tomorrow is Our 2nd Annual Day of Giving! 🎉
Malta Early Learning Center is excited to host our Second Annual Day of Giving!
Each year, our association comes together on the Day of Giving to support our Annual Campaign in an engaging and impactful way.
Tomorrow, we will be collecting donations— either with cash or through our online giving link.
✨ How it works:
💰 Donate between 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (cash or online).

🚴 After 12:00 PM, the excitement begins! For every $25 raised, Miss Emily and Miss Meghan will bike for 15 minutes.
🥧 Students can pie Miss Emily or Miss Meghan for $10, or Miss Sam for $20. Staff members are welcome to join in the fun, too!
All proceeds support our Annual Campaign, which provides financial assistance to families in our community so they can experience everything the YMCA has to offer.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who participated in our month-long Coin Drive Competition! Because of your generosity and teamwork, we raised an incredible $754.50 to support our annual campaign and strengthen our financial assistance efforts to better serve our community. Every coin truly made a difference!

Today we are incredibly grateful. 💚
Thank you to everyone who wore green in support of one of our student’s families as they face the difficult news that a loved one has been diagnosed with bile duct cancer.
The sea of green was a powerful reminder that they are surrounded by a caring and compassionate community.
Seeing so many people come together in green was a beautiful reminder that they are not walking this road alone.💚

Our hearts are full! 💕 Thank you to all the amazing families who joined us for our Valentine’s Day Theme Art Gala at our daycare. Seeing our little artists proudly share their beautiful creations was truly the highlight of our celebration.

Today our daycare may have been closed for Professional Development Day, but our team was anything but off duty! 💪✨
While the children enjoyed a day at home, our staff was hard at work behind the scenes. We tackled deep cleaning in all classrooms, decluttered and reorganized cabinets, refreshed learning spaces, and made sure everything is sparkling and ready for our little learners. 🧼🧽
Several team members also completed their CPR recertification to ensure we continue providing a safe and prepared environment for every child in our care. ❤️
We even wrapped up the day by giving a few rooms a fresh coat of paint — because a bright, welcoming space makes such a difference! 🎨
We’re so proud of our dedicated team and can’t wait to welcome everyone back into our refreshed, safe, and organized classrooms!

We’ve had such a sweet couple of days celebrating Valentine’s Day at our center! ❤️
Yesterday, we had a special treat when Kona Ice came inside and served up delicious, refreshing treats for everyone. The children were so excited, and it was the perfect way to add a little extra fun to our celebration!
Today, we continued the festivities with our classroom Valentine’s Day parties. The rooms were filled with laughter, smiles, sweet treats, and thoughtful valentines shared among friends. It was wonderful to see so much kindness and joy as the children celebrated together. 💕
Thank you to everyone who helped make these celebrations so special. We love creating fun memories with your little ones!
