Sometimes as we get older simple things can get confusing. This could be because of stress, medical issues, or just having a tough time keeping up with the times. There's no shame in this happening and there's no shame in getting aggravated when you're the child/grandchild trying to help ease through the confusion. It's not an easy thing to have to deal with on either end.
I've experienced this first hand for over a decade with my own family and have successfully helped them through some pretty frustrating things many times. That's why I want to help make it easier for you and your loved ones by taking the weight off your shoulders while making learning things as easy as possible for them. I will not give up unless they ask me to.
Whether you don't have the time to help enough or just can't handle things emotionally by seeing them go through such a tough time, I am here to help you and them. Getting confused by the simplest of things can be incredibly troubling for a person and watching a loved one get confused can be heartbreaking.
