I could not believe what was happening, I literally had to ask AI what this was all about.
Since 2020 I have been building a business I have been teaching Fuji Ryu Jujutsu the way my sensei taught me. For somebody to come in and make demands of me, my colleagues, and my students without asking or explaining why and then being surprised when I ask. To actually say you have entitlement is astonishing.
This is the type of thing you get warned about when you open a dojo and you don't realize it's going to be your own people that do it.
I put up this post as a timestamp, I was given permission by my Sensei (Master Tony Bottan) back in 2020 to teach Fuji Ryu Jujutsu within my business, Fit & Fearless LLC, to use the equipment, to use the logo, to use the charts, and to use the certifications. There is no formal new leader of the Fuji Ryu system. Sensei promoted two people before he died but there was never any official announcement for the future of Fuji Ryu. So nobody has the right to come and demand copies of certifications (Especially not without etiquette and not without respect to the host sensei) I was literally collecting dues from my students while he was arguing with me. My dojo is the only one from our group that has been running Fuji Ryu classes since the pandemic. The other Senseis either supported me or got involved in other projects.
I don't care who you are I don't care what your rank is I don't care if you think you're better than me you don't get to secretly run my dojo and blindside me or any student
