Consistency Matters!

Did you know that regular attendance and consistent routines can make a BIG difference in your child’s learning and development? 💛

When children attend regularly, they have more opportunities to learn, build friendships, practice important skills, and stay connected to their classroom community.

And at home, creating simple routines—like consistent wake-up times, meals, getting dressed, and bedtime—helps children know what to expect and feel more confident throughout their day.

Tip: Create a routine that is simple, predictable, and realistic for your family—and stick with it as much as possible!

Everyday won’t be your best day! If you find yourself struggling to get through the day, it’s ok to pause and reset. Sometimes, all we need is a few rounds of breathwork, a positive affirmation, or even a little prayer to make it through the day. Remember: just because a day starts rough doesn’t mean it has to end rough!
