Rainbow Experience Preschool is excited to announce the search for a Full-Time Director to lead the planning, launch, and daily operations of our new facility in Baldwin City, Kansas. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build a high-quality, inclusive early childhood program from the ground up while making a lasting impact on families in our community.

The Director will oversee licensing and compliance, staff recruitment and development, curriculum implementation, and day-to-day operations, working closely with the Rainbow Board and project committee throughout the facility launch and beyond.

📌 Start Date: Fall 2026
📌 Salary Range: $50,000–$70,000
📌 Resume Deadline: Friday, February 20
📌 Interviews Begin: March 2026
