Today’s “Installation Lunch” was held at the Phoenix at Sundale. The actual installation occurred at last week’s Board meeting so it was more an introduction and a time for incoming President Jeff to summarize this year’s activities and to ask members to participate next year. Cost savings has been implemented especially in the price of the meeting room. We also congratulate the Scholarship Recipient! Thanks to the outgoing Board and to the next Board. Thanks to the California State University, Bakersfield Alumni Association staff for helping out. Special thanks to Past President Carla’s husband Glenn for the handcrafted votive holder centerpieces which also were door prizes. We also collected for the CSUB Food Pantry.
