🛡️ SHIELD PROCUREMENT WEEK IS HERE!

We’re preparing for an incredible night at The Shield Event, and we’re inviting our SCS community to be part of it!

We’re currently collecting donations for our auction baskets and live auction. Donations can include sports or concert tickets, restaurant gift cards, spa experiences, vacation stays, golf packages, jewelry, family experiences, electronics, professional services, gift cards, and more.

🛡️ BETTER TOGETHER

There is something special happening at Stockdale Christian, and so much of it is possible because of a community that continues to show up for our students. 💙💛

On Saturday, October 3, we’ll gather for The Shield Event to celebrate SCS, enjoy a great evening together, and invest in all that lies ahead.

And this year, generosity will go even further! Thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, every dollar given will be matched, up to $250,000. What an incredible opportunity to make an even greater impact for our students and school.

🛡️ Next week is Shield Procurement Week, September 14–18! We’ll be collecting items big and small for our silent and live auctions. Gift cards, experiences, tickets, services, vacation stays and more are all welcome. Stay tuned for details!

Today, our elementary students were reminded that God is bigger than anything we may be afraid of. We worshiped together and were encouraged to trust in the One who is always with us!

Ms. Warren also introduced this week’s House Challenge: it’s time to memorize your House verse! 📖 Each student who memorizes their verse can earn points for their House by finding an administrator and reciting it. Let’s see which Houses are ready to put their verses into action! 🦅

Last week, we introduced our new House System. Now it’s time to put those Houses to the test! 🦅

Throughout the year, our Houses will take on challenges to earn points, build community, and have some fun along the way.

📖 THIS WEEK’S CHALLENGE: Know your House Bible verse!

Students who memorize their House verse and recite it to an administrator or principal will earn 5 POINTS for their House!

Today we gathered for our first Elementary Chapel of the year with Pastor Tommy! 💙 What a meaningful time together as we were reminded that God created each of us with a unique and specific purpose—and, even more importantly, He created us for relationship with Him.

We are so excited to continue growing in faith together this year as we discover more about who God created us to be and how we can live out His purpose for our lives. 🦅✨
