When asked how have you helped your residents with the services you offer?
"A senior resident from Paseo Abeytia, Dimas Martinez, was intubated in the intensive care unit with a poor prognosis. His niece contacted me urgently looking for help since the hospital didn't give Dimas much hope to live. I immediately contacted the Mexican Consulate and helped the family apply for a humanitarian petition for the USCIS crossing border. The petition was approved, and Dimas' children were granted a two-week permit to visit their father in the hospital."
Today, Dimas is doing much better and is currently in a rehabilitation home. I'm happy that I could help the senior resident bring his loved ones from Mexico. He was delighted to see them, which gave him hope to continue living and fight for his life."
