We are overwhelmed by the cards, flowers and gifts we have received this week! We feel so loved!🥰 Thank you so much to all the families that have made our jobs so wonderful. We will miss all the smiling faces of our Little Ones, but know God has His hand on each of them, and us as well.☺️❤

Eric Carle, Creator Of 'The Very Hungry Caterpillar,' Has Died The beloved author and illustrator drew more than 70 books for kids — often about friendly bugs like that famous caterpillar. He said he got his inspiration from nature walks with his father.

These are the special cookies we got from Cornerstone Bakery for our students. She went above and beyond to make them extra special for us! Thank you so much! 😍

Just a reminder, tomorrow night is our program! Bring your child between 5:30-5:45pm, program starts at 6:00pm. Have your child wear yellow if possible. 😃

Grant award helps Kern County Library expand Lunch at the Library to more branches Children who miss breakfast probably don't have much motivation or energy to dive into a book for casual reading or a textbook for a history or science assignment.

If you don't know, ask a kid. :P
