Porterville College just opened a new Basic Needs Center in AC-105 to support students with food, housing, and more! 🏫🍎 If you're a PC student, this is your go-to spot for essential resources.
Porterville College is stepping up for student success with the launch of its Basic Needs Center, now open in AC-105! This new space is designed to help students overcome challenges like food insecurity and housing instability—because no one should have to choose between their education and their well-being.
đź’Ą What's new?
- The Pirate Pantry is now part of the Basic Needs Center, offering food assistance right on campus.
- Students will need their PC Student ID to access services.
- A new registration process gives each student 8 points to use at the Pantry—just complete two quick forms and you're in!

- Mon, Wed, Thu: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tue: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
đź•’ Pirate Pantry Hours:
- Mon & Wed: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Tue: 12:00 PM – 6:30 PM
- Thu: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Closed on Fridays
