If you or someone you know is interested in a career in health information management (HIM) or looking for a career in healthcare and not sure where to start, join us! We will explore the HIM industry, Bakersfield College's online Health Information Technology program and speak with local health information professionals and industry leaders to discuss how they got their start in HIM, their educational journeys, how to get involved with local/state/national health information associations, where they think the future of HIM is headed and more!
