I’m giving myself some credit for slowing down, reading more, and actually making time for myself. This is something I’ve never really done before until this year, and honestly… 10/10 recommend this kind of self-care. 🫶

We’ve got some new faces here, so I thought I’d share a little recap of Jennifer the Bra Girl and what’s new!

This year marks 20 years (which honestly blows my mind!) in the bra fitting and undergarment industry. I started this journey in July 2006. My mom and I owned The Bra Lady in Upland, CA until we sold it in 2014. After that, I stepped into an account executive role… and the rest is history!

I was just in NY last week celebrating my 11th year there at a trade show for everything undergarments— and it was hands down my favorite one yet (freezing temps aside 🥶). It was such a fun, full-circle moment.

All of this to say… at 16 years old, working in my mom’s boutique, I never could have imagined I’d be where I am today. And what I’ve learned is this: a good bra is never just a bra.

It’s the right fit.
It’s supporting your health.
It’s the confidence boost when nothing is digging or slipping.
It’s the lift, the shape, the way your clothes look and how you feel in them.

If you’ve been putting it off — get fitted. It truly changes your whole mindset. 💫
