Week’s adventures ✈️🌵

Lessons learned from traveling this week:

1. The connection with my accounts is always worth the travel
2. Always bring snacks
3. Give yourself extra time from the rental car return to the terminal 😅
4. Tucson is unbelievably beautiful this time of year — and the food is pretty amazing too
5. Less is more ✨
6. Travel with a friend is way more fun! (Thanks for the laughs and good time Erica!)

How’s your week started out? It’s only Wednesday! ❤️

Happy Wednesday! ✨

I’m holding myself accountable to post something every Wednesday… so here it is: What’s Up Wednesday?! 💛

What’s going GOOD in your day, week, or month?

I saw this idea on Pinterest today and absolutely loved it, so I’m joining in!

I’ll start — I just started a new book by Colleen Hoover called Verity 📚 and this is officially my 4th book this year!

I’m giving myself some credit for slowing down, reading more, and actually making time for myself. This is something I’ve never really done before until this year, and honestly… 10/10 recommend this kind of self-care. 🫶

Your turn! Tell me something good! 👇

It’s wash day 🫧✨

A few care tips to keep your bras looking (and feeling) their best:
• Use a delicate cycle or hand wash
• Always hang dry—skip the dryer
• Keep 4–6 bras in your weekly rotation

A little extra care goes a long way 🤍

Happy Hump Day, bra friends! 💕

We’ve got some new faces here, so I thought I’d share a little recap of Jennifer the Bra Girl and what’s new!

This year marks 20 years (which honestly blows my mind!) in the bra fitting and undergarment industry. I started this journey in July 2006. My mom and I owned The Bra Lady in Upland, CA until we sold it in 2014. After that, I stepped into an account executive role… and the rest is history!

I was just in NY last week celebrating my 11th year there at a trade show for everything undergarments— and it was hands down my favorite one yet (freezing temps aside 🥶). It was such a fun, full-circle moment.

All of this to say… at 16 years old, working in my mom’s boutique, I never could have imagined I’d be where I am today. And what I’ve learned is this: a good bra is never just a bra.

It’s the right fit.
It’s supporting your health.
It’s the confidence boost when nothing is digging or slipping.
It’s the lift, the shape, the way your clothes look and how you feel in them.

If you’ve been putting it off — get fitted. It truly changes your whole mindset. 💫

Here’s to another 20 years, good fitting bras and more trade shows!
