Hear from Mrs. Altagracia how attending Loving Solutions a 10 week course has help her parent her foster children. After she raised her own children she was blessed to raise her grandchildren. She mentions she need new strategies and she found them in our Loving Solutions Program. Bakersfield City School District BCSD Parent Resource Centers & FACE ecparents
