We are honored to announce our upcoming campus march to advocate and raise awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women. This is an ongoing worldwide epidemic where Native/Indigenous women, men, boys, and girls are victims of targeted violence. There is too many of our people falling prey to these perpetrators and our voices need to be heard! So join us in our march for No More Stolen Sisters!! 🪶 We are joined by many supporters and collaborators in this event for a louder voice. Thank you .magec for allowing us to host our second Talking Circle of the semester. This time the topic of discussion was Identity and what that means to us individually. Also another big shout out to .magec for allowing us to have the first Native & Indigenous Library in the club room where we have books that have been donated to the club. If you’d like to donate any Native or Indigenous books you can place them there. Thank you to Mike for coming out and participating as well!

Shoutout to .magec for always giving the coalition a place on campus to hold events and to immerse the students, staff & faculty on what a talking circle is and how to be a part of one. Join us at the M.A.G.E.C. Center this Tuesday for some snacks and refreshments for our second talking circle of the semester. I hope to see you there and remember always talking circles are confidential spaces so anything shared does not leave the circle ⭕️ 🪶 in good spirits I hope everyone is well.

Hello everyone, social media chair Kaley Brown Soren here. My stepsister, Destiny, unexpectedly passed at the age of 35 this past month. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and a strong Native American woman—a descendant of the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo (Tigua) tribe.
We are currently asking the community for help with her services as we were left unprepared to lay her to rest. Anything and any amount helps tremendously, even just sharing the link around. A special thank you to everyone from the school who has been so supportive; you all are much appreciated.
