Baker school district is made up of four elementary schools, one middle school and one high school. These schools serve a population of approximately 1700 students. Historic Baker City is located in Baker County; the Baker School District is the largest of three rural school districts in the County.

The Baker City Backpack Program is a wonderful local resource for families who could use some extra food for the weekends, and bags are sent home from school with students on Thursdays.

This year, the Backpack Program plans to begin distributing weekend food bags at our schools on Thursday, October 1.

Our students work hard to make school a top priority and show up every day, from the first bell to the last, ready to learn! During the month of August we had 100% attendance of our Keating students. Each month we will celebrate our attendance and in August our students received sunglasses, in Keating colors of course!
