Steps Ahead Learning Center We are a small "in-home" center that is dedicated to growing, strong, kind, curious and confident learners.

At Steps Ahead In-Home Learning Center we strive to create a learning environment that encourages kind, brave, healthy and confident learners. Our curriculum combines learning through play, movement, outdoors and structured table and teacher led activities. My goal is always that each student leaves feeling loved, confident, excited to learn and ready for Kindergarten. We also provide after school care for school aged children ages 10 and younger and all day Friday care as well.

If you have been looking for a place to watch your child learn and grow please reach out. We would love to share our space with you and answer any questions you may have.

We are open 8:30-4:30 M-Th with an option for 8:00 drop off. 3 and 4 day spaces are available for ages 2.5(potty trained) to 6!

We have 2 unexpected openings in our preschool class for the 2026/2027 school year!

If you are looking for a 3 or 4 day a week preschool program that meets your child where they are, encourages growth, provides lots of time to explore outdoors, blends free play and structured activities and is very family oriented and hands on, we would love to meet you!

June 22-25 Gardening camp (2spaces)
July 13-15 Outdoor camp for kids going into 1st-4th grade (2 spaces)
July 20-23 Camp Olympics (3 spaces)
July 27-29 outdoor camp for ages 3-5(or going into kinder) (4 spaces)
