Oregon International School is located in historic Baker City, Oregon, surrounded by natural beauty and only about 120 miles northwest of Boise, Idaho, along the historic Oregon Trail. Baker High School is recognized on both the state and national level for excellence in several academic and extracurricular programs. Instruction at Oregon International School is rooted in the best practices of our field: we celebrate student inquiry, curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration. A fantastic afternoon spent learning about traditional Ukrainian and Thai holiday dishes- and eating! The students made borscht, a sausage dumpling, we had traditional Asian hot pots with all the fixings… life is good!
