Dear Wonderful Storysong Community,
As many of you know, I had to pause music classes due to health reasons this Spring. I want to give you a brief update.
I have been touched by how absolutely wonderful this community has been as I’ve recovered from surgery and during my time away from teaching. I have received notes of encouragement, gifts, flowers, cards, meals, and warm hearts every way I turn.
Also, two of the schools I work for have really floored me with their support. The administration, the staff and the parents have brought me to tears multiple times with their generosity and thoughtfulness. Thank you Montessori Country School and Leaps and Bounds Montessori School parents and staff.
I wanted to share some pictures of the last few months to let you all know I am up and around and enjoying these beautiful summer days with my family. Things are looking up, and other than a smaller surgery in August I am on a swift road to wholeness!
I have missed everyone so much. I am REALLY looking forward to seeing all the little ones in the Fall. I’ll be opening classes on the website soon.
And finally, feel free to approach me and ask questions about my illness, I am not shy to talk about it, and always want to pass on any useful information to other women.
