Our mission is to enrich lives through music and advance the quality and accessibility of music education and musical experiences for the community. A small group of music teachers on Bainbridge Island founded the Island Music Teachers Guild in 1999. Dedicated to providing quality music instruction, the organization, now known as the Island Music Guild, (or as it's often lovingly called, "the Guil

April 15TH, Saturday Earthday Contradance. COME ON OUT! Joe Michaels calls to Country Capers-Jane Landstra on violin & Ken Embrey on guitar, playing the evening Celtic, New England and Quebecois traditional sets at Island Center Hall on 8395 Fletcher Bay Rd NE. Guests Chuck and TJ Faddis on reel pipes and whistle joining the band.
7:30 How to workshop dances all cued and taught from 8:00-10:00. Come on out. and shake a leg. IIf you can walk you can dance! Wear clean soled shoes on our terrific wood floors. We are asking for masks worn appropriately since dance is a contact sport for good fun for all. All levels dancers welcome. Payment at the door.
