‼️Enrollment Announcement!‼️

Our 🌱Sprouts tuition-based program has only ONE SPOT remaining for the 2026-2027 school year! (This spot is for the 3 day option which runs Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).

Our Sprouts program focuses on building the social, physical, and cognitive foundation necessary for the academic years to follow. Our caring staff encourages social, decision-making, and early academic skills that are needed to gain more independence and be able to "do it themselves".

We have had a fun filled last few days of the school year with our students. Last night’s Graduation and End of Year Celebration event was beautiful all around; from the weather to the smiles on the students’ and families’ faces. We are so incredibly proud of all of our students and can’t wait to see all the amazing things they accomplish in the years to come. Watching their friendships flourish has been such a joy.

Once again, thank you to our AMAZING families for your support and trust in us with your child’s care and education this past year. 💛Our hearts are so full after being able to spend the time learning and growing with your children.

We also want to thank The Coney Guys of Elkton , Savor Street, and Extreme Freeze for coming out to our event and serving up such amazing food and treats for the kids and families.

Officer Rothe and Officer Flores made a visit to Little Minds with their patrol cars today! 🚔 Officer Rothe gave a presentation on the 5 rules of safety and what the officers wear on them. Following the presentation students got to explore the patrol cars and even got to take turns sitting in the driver seat! Thank you so much Officer Rothe and Flores for taking the time to come teach our students important lessons in safety!

We are so thankful to be able to have this opportunity to partner with Meadow Lane Assisted Living. Their team is truly amazing and so welcoming to us each time we visit. The residents, students, teachers, and staff have such a great time and build such beautiful relationships, with smiles shared by all throughout our visits. We can’t wait to return in the Fall and create more memories! Mixed generations make beautiful friendships! 🎨💛💡

🎉💛It’s teacher appreciation week!💛🎉

Little Minds is so lucky to have all of these amazing teachers and substitute teachers. Morgan and I feel incredibly blessed that our staff is so dedicated, caring, and passionate about making sure our students get the best education possible. The smiles say it all, they care so deeply for each and every one of our students and it shows every day!

THANK YOU Erin, Molli, Kara, Jaelyn, Sarah, Grandma Sue, and Krissy for all you do. You are appreciated every day! 💡💛

Say hello to our 10 feathery classmates! 🐣🐥Today we voted on and finalized the names of our new friends. We also had them join us for free play time! It’s been so much having them with us and the students are doing such a great job of taking care of them, being gentle with them, and making sure they have everything they need. I was told today exactly when they ran out of food! ☺️

It was an exciting day at Little Minds! Our chicks that we’ve been patiently waiting for started to hatch and we now have 7 new members of our classroom family! 🐣💡💛The students have been carefully checking in on the eggs often, making sure the temperature and humidity were just right, and counting down the days in the incubation period. They were extremely careful around them and noticed right away when the eggs started to pip! More to come soon, including some spectacular names! 🥳

We finished off “The Week of the Young Child” with the chosen themes of 🎨Artsy Thursday🖌️ and 🏠Family Friday❤️!

Some of the activities the students participated in were:
🎨Finger painting
✋🏼Making home made play dough
💡Showing classmates family photos and sharing about our families
🏠🌳Creating classroom family displays

We were also visited by one of our amazing families to learn how to decorate cookies just like this student’s grandma does! 🍪 What a fun week spent celebrating all of these amazing Little Minds and their families. 💡💛

Thank you so much Rachel's of Bad Axe for inviting us to the restaurant for a field trip today! 💛

The students had so much fun learning about how the restaurant started and how much 🤝team work 🤝goes into making it all run smoothly.

Students got a lesson on team work, a tour of the kitchen with a look at some vegetables and fruits used daily, made their own muddled fruit lemonades, made their own rice bowls and ended with ice cream!

It’s so much fun learning from our amazing community and we are so thankful to the Rachel’s family and crew for making us feel so welcome and for all the time and effort that put into making today so magical for our students! ✨
