Close to 7,000 students attend Azusa Unified schools, which include right elementary, one middle, one comprehensive high school, one model continuation school, as well as an Adult School and Alternative Education school. AUSD encompasses 9.7 square miles of Azu

sa and parts of Covina and unincorporated Los Angeles County. AUSD is dedicated to the academic achievement of all students. The student-centered program emphasizes a curriculum aligned with California Standards, enrichment classes, and a commitment to educational technology. AUSD also offers a Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) program, special programs for at-risk students, and an extensive special-education program. Azusa Unified has high expectations for all students and provides support to help them meet those expectations. In addition to basic skills, great attention is given to advanced courses, electives, and vocational classes. The emphasis is on academic achievement and there’s a system for monitoring student performance that is tied to teaching objectives. Although the district mission is universal, each of our school communities is unique. As long as space is available, students may attend any school in the district. Selecting a school can be a difficult choice for parents. Please feel free to call any of our sites for more information. We are extremely proud of our schools, students, staff, and our very supportive community.

Creating a supportive, thriving learning environment requires commitment across every corner of our district. 🥦 Ten of our schools have officially been recognized among 2026’s America’s Healthiest Schools for excellence in food access and nutrition! 🥗 A huge thank you goes out to our fantastic Nutrition Services staff for their commitment to scratch cooking and utilizing fresh ingredients. Beyond the cafeteria line, our District garden beds serve as living classrooms where students plant, harvest, and learn where wholesome food comes from.

What's for lunch!? Today, our AHS students enjoyed fresh, scratch-made street-style taquitos with their choice of chicken or beef. To top it off, students customized their meal with guacamole, salsa, crisp lettuce, crema, and crumbled cotija cheese. We love giving our students nutritious, flavorful meals made right in our kitchens to keep them fueled and focused for the rest of the day.

"Welcome Wednesday" is Back at Magnolia!🤩

Magnolia is excited to welcome our WILD Mustang families back to "Welcome Wednesday" every Wednesday morning for a chance to start the day with connection, conversation, and community🐴

Families can join students for the morning "Walk & Talk" at 7:50 AM on the basketball courts. When the 8:10 AM bell rings, parents and caregivers are invited to head over to the WILD Parent Center, Room 15, where families can enjoy coffee, meet and connect with one another, share conversation, and build relationships within our Magnolia community.

Whether you’re new to Magnolia or have been part of our school community for years, we’d love to see you!💙

We’ll see you on Wednesday in Room 15!😊
