THE IOTA SIGMA CHAPTER OF Sigma Nursing NURSING RECEIVES PRESTIGIOUS CHAPTER KEY AWARD

[Azusa, CA] — The IOTA SIGMA Chapter Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma Nursing), located at Azusa Pacific University (with multiple regional centers), has been honored with the 2023-2025 Chapter Key Award, the organization’s highest recognition for its chapters.

Out of more than 650 chapters worldwide, only a select group achieves this distinction, which celebrates excellence in advancing Sigma’s mission of global nursing leadership and scholarship. This award recognizes chapters that demonstrate exceptional achievement in membership engagement, service and community impact, education, and leadership development.

This marks the eleventh of Chapter Key Awards received: eleventh consecutive time the Iota Sigma Chapter has received this prestigious honor. The award will be presented during Sigma’s 48th Biennial Convention, 8-11 November 2025, in Indianapolis, IN, USA.

As a reminder - We have set up another Double Good virtual fundraiser! It’s 100% contactless, we (the Iota Sigma chapter) keeps 50% of all sales and the product ships directly to your supporters. This fundraiser is specifically for awards/scholarship money funding for the chapter to award deserving applicants.

Yes, we did it again as this method of fundraising has been shown to work well for us. Thank you for your consideration in opening your own popup store to reach your village!

We’ll each create a Pop-Up Store and sell Double Good ultra-premium popcorn! Prices for Signature Bags (5 cups each) start at $11, and Curated Collections at $31. The popcorn is delicious and award-winning!

Our fundraiser began on the 28th and goes until tomorrow, October 02, closing at 5 pm. So you have a little over 24 hours to sell/buy!

There are three ways to participate:

1) create your own popup store for your village of friends/contacts - instructions below, easy; OR

2) To make it easy, you can purchase from Christine's store or my store. Please reach out to either of us for our code.

3) if you (or a friend/family member) prefer to donate straight to the chapter scholarship funds - please email me for those specific instructions.

Before the fundraiser begins:
