💚 Our Valleydale Vikings Had a Bubbly Good Time! 💚

Friday at Valleydale, our Vikings enjoyed an exciting Bubble Run! 🎉 Our students had so much fun running through the bubbles, laughing with their friends, and enjoying this special experience together. The smiles, excitement, and laughter made it a day to remember! 😄

We love creating fun and memorable experiences for our Vikings that bring our school community together. Thank you to everyone who helped make today's Bubble Run such a fun success! There is still time to donate or check our progress at https://app.mydonatepage.com/fundraisers/valleydale26/ 💚💛

💚💛 A New Goal for Our Valleydale Vikings! 💛💚

We're trying something new at Valleydale this year! For the first time, we're setting a schoolwide attendance goal, and we're inviting our entire Viking community to help us reach it!

🎯 Our goal: 96% attendance!

Last year, we finished at 94%. This year, we're aiming higher because every school day matters, and every Viking counts!

We're also working to reduce tardies from 7% to 5%. After all, being at school is important, but being there on time means our students are ready to learn from the very beginning.

Families, we can't do this without you! Let's see what we can accomplish together.

Be here. Be on time. Be a Viking! 💚💛

Introducing Viking Hangout! 💚

Based on feedback from last year’s YouthTruth survey and student focus groups, our upper-grade students shared that they wanted a safe place to connect, relax, and spend time with friends.

This year, we are excited to introduce Viking Hangout! 🎉 Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students will have the opportunity to come to Room 24 to hang out, connect with other students, and enjoy a welcoming space at school. 🏫💚

We’re excited to create a space where our Vikings can connect, belong, and have fun! 💚
