The 48-unit Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership offers three emphases which includes Leadership, School Psychology and Teaching and Learning. This equips graduates to emerge as change agents in the educational sytem. The program is taught in a cohort format and utilizes distributed learning, wherein students learn face-to-face 80 percent of the time and receive online instruction the oth

er 20 percent. Students complete the equivalent of two courses (6 units) per term for three terms per year. The Azusa campus cohort opens in the fall and meets on Wednesday evenings or Saturdays. The Regional Center cohort opens each spring and meets on Saturdays.
