Hello Mama delegates, we have emailed most of you but to make sure I am posting this here too. While we are really looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow, I do need to make you aware that there has been an issue regarding a threat made about the event earlier today. We have worked with Police Scotland and have measures in place to make sure that everything goes well. However we must ask you to be vigilant throughout the event if you see anyone acting in a suspicious manner/making offensive remarks or trying to harrass you in any way. The venue are also being vigilant and have a plan in place with the police. The police and the mama team are confident that this person/s are just harassing us and will not turn up or do anything. However we feel it is important for you to know so that you are aware of the situation. Regards Cass
