In an effort to further enhance our safety measures, HCS will be requiring clear backpacks for all students (who choose to carry backpacks) for the 2024-2025 school year.
Clear backpacks have become a common practice in schools across the country as they allow for easy identification of any items being brought onto campus. By implementing this protocol, we are taking proactive steps to create a safe and secure learning environment for our students.

Yesterday Ms. Mercedes came and brought Hopper and Finn for a visit. The children loved learning about the geckos and their habitat. ❤️

We had a wonderful field trip today to Southern Palmetto Farms! It was a perfect day! A special thanks to our great parents and grandparents that went with us! What a great way to finish our year of Child Development! ❤️

We had a wonderful field trip to Barefoot Landing on Friday! We visited Alabama Theater, had lunch at Wild Wing, visited Del Sol & Spice & Tea. Before we left the kids enjoyed playing on the playground. Santa rode by as the kids were on the playground! A special thank you to the parents and grandparents that joined us on the trip. ❤️
