Come see the band during the parade and get a hotdog afterwards! Our booster parents and student volunteers will be running a hotdog stand from 12-5 after the parade!

2026 Shad Festival Parade is set for Saturday, April 18th, at 10:30 a.m. Trophies will be given for the following:

* Best Band
* Best Marching Unit
* Best float representing this year's theme "Mo's Riding Shadillac Style"
* Best float representing a fishing theme
* Best parade entry representing Community Spirit
* Best overall

The Charger Music department is currently running a fundraiser to raise money for our spring field trips! If you would like to consider donating to our program, please follow the link below!

Your donation will go towards our spring trip in May as well as getting the band to MPA (contest)! If we can reach those goals, we will be looking to repair instruments that will be used by incoming freshman as well as purchase music for next year's performances!

Major Congratulations to the Ayden-Grifton Marching Chargers for finishing out their competitive season at the Crystal Coast Band Classic! These students have grown so much and have done so well with all things thrown at them. Please congratulate them in Class 1A:
