Lots to be Proud about on The Ranch!

Our Broncos proudly showcased their accomplishments, leadership, and schoolwide WIGs as we welcomed our Governing Board to campus.

We also loved rallying around Agua Fria seniors who returned to revisit THE Ranch and inspire our students to continue leading with purpose.

To top it off, we celebrated our very first Bronco Talent Show, where students used Habit 8 — Find Your Voice & Inspire Others — by finding the courage to lead on stage and share their talents with confidence.

Welcome, Future Kinder Broncos — Class of 2039!

Last night, we had the joy of welcoming our future Kindergarten Broncos — the High School Graduating Class of 2039! 🎓✨

These excited future leaders signed their Bronco contract, toured the campus, and explored our Kindergarten classrooms. The energy, smiles, and anticipation were everything!

We cannot wait to have these little leaders join us on the Ranch this upcoming school year. ❤️💛

Learning in Action in Mellon’s Kindergarten!

Our Broncos have been working hard on retelling familiar stories and identifying key details!

After enjoying a read-aloud, students practiced putting the story in sequential order using important transition words like First, Next, Then, and Last. Through fun, timed pair-share activities, they took turns retelling the story to a partner — building confidence, comprehension, and speaking skills along the way.

We love seeing our youngest leaders growing as readers and communicators!
