Today 2 of our hard working students received promotions after grading well a few weeks ago. Congratulations to Jim Blondin and Joseph Crespo and their well deserved rankings. Come Train!!!

What an amazing day! My teacher, Sensei Armando Martinez, came to visit and taught a great class!!! Thank you Sensei Armando Martinez as well as Sensei Ron Gaeta for coming to visit us and to all the students that came out, Great Job!!! Come Train!!!

The year has kicked off with excitement! Our students have been working tirelessly for my Sensei's visit to our dojo in March. All are welcome, so prepare yourself and Come Train!!!

Today marks my 54th year of consecutive study of Goju Ryu Karate Do.
I would like to Thank all my Family, Teachers, Students, and Friends, who have Supported me throughout this Journey.
A Journey which I am Truly Commited to, in the hopes of also sharing with others.
It is, without a doubt, very challenging indeed, but, definitely Worth every minute of it.
Everyday I can't wait to train and instruct others.
As My Teacher, Sensei Teruo Chinen, used to say "Karate is like beef jerky, the more you chew it, the more flavor you can get from it".

Today we had a full day of San Dan Gi drills along with an attempt to honor Senpai Kenji Martinez, from our Honbu Dojo, with our students working the Shihon Geri Kicking Drills he demonstrated earlier this week. Finally we finished the morning with Kata practice. Come Train!!!
