Our students and teachers kicked off the school year with a strong start by building positive relationships, learning classroom and schoolwide expectations, establishing routines, and setting the foundation for a successful academic year. From smiles and teamwork to curiosity and excitement, today was all about creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.

🎉 A huge congratulations to Ms. Clay, who was recognized as the Southwest Group Teacher of the Year Finalist. We are so proud to have such an amazing educator representing our school!

🎤 To top it all off, our principal delivered the forum’s closing speech—heartfelt, inspiring, and a beautiful reminder of the impact we can make when we lead with purpose.

We kicked off the new school year inspired by an amazing keynote from Wade with Get Your Teach On, filled with laughter, motivation, and practical ideas to bring back to our classrooms. 💙📚

One of my favorite moments was celebrating the incredible teachers who were recognized for their hard work and dedication with last year’s teacher awards. Congratulations to all the well-deserved recipients! 👏🏆

Our students have been swimming through a sea of learning all summer long, and now it’s time to celebrate their hard work and accomplishments! 🐬💙

🐠🌊 Last week, our summer school students dove into learning with a trip to the aquarium! As part of our ocean-themed summer program, students explored marine life, made real-world connections, and had a whale of a time learning outside the classroom.

What a fintastic adventure! 🐙🦈💙

Our 2nd and 3rd graders have been practicing reading with Roll and Read activities, our 4th and 5th graders are working through a novel study, and our K–1 students have been learning letters and building classroom routines.
