Hello everyone!
This week in class we will be working on our Fire Element, reviewing moves like the back fist, in block, round kick, and Tiger Kung Fu as well as our Courageous Heart Life Skill.
Also this Saturday we will have a seminar with Master Campbell at 9am- 10am, our Kung Fu graduation at noon, and Nan Dao workshop at 1:30pm to 2:30pm. See everyone at the training floor!
