Great schools start with great educators!

Supporting the teachers, nurses, counselors, and staff who support our students every single day is essential to keeping our school community strong. Existing M&O override funds directly help our district attract and retain top-tier staff while maintaining reasonable class sizes, all with no tax rate increase.

Bridging generations and building community across AFHSD! 🌟

We are so excited to kick off our Senior to Senior program, where senior citizens from our local community partnered with student leaders to tour our high school campuses! From exploring academic programs and creative arts spaces to sharing stories over lunch and experiencing our school spirit firsthand, this initiative is all about connection, mentorship, and showing our neighbors the incredible things happening inside our schools every day.

A night of honor, unity, and community spirit under the Friday night lights.

On September 11th, Millennium High School came together to reflect on the memory of the heroes, lives lost, and families impacted by the events of 2001. Supported by our JROTC Color Guard, marching band, spirit line, and student section, the evening offered a solemn tribute to our nation's resilience alongside the strength that defines our school community.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the local veterans and active-duty service members who joined us, as well as our partners at Luke Air Force Base for their presence and support. Thank you to everyone who stood with us to honor this significant day. 🇺🇸

The energy in the gym was absolutely off the charts! 🎉 We were honored to host Arizona’s CW7 live at Desert Edge High School as they covered our high-spirited pep rally and spotlighted our big Fiesta Bowl game that night. From the band and cheer team bringing the noise to the incredible energy in the bleachers, our students showed the entire Valley what school spirit is all about.
