Eagle Valley Sitters is hiring experienced childcare professionals, babysitters, and pet sitters for the 2022/2023 winter season. The ideal candidate would be someone who is reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and self-motivated. Job requirements include a minimum of 2 years experience babysitting or working with children, CPR certification or a willingness to obtain certification upon hiring, no criminal background, and a sincere interest in working with children of all ages.

All winter season positions are available. Mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts, create-your-own schedule. Preference will be given to applicants with morning and weekend availability, however we are hiring for all positions at this time.

Job duties include providing a safe, warm environment for children ages 2 months- 12 years. Designing engaging, age-appropriate activities for children, changing diapers, preparing meals for children, managing nap-time routines, and keeping consistent communication with parents. Prior experience with infants and toddlers strongly preferred, but we're willing to provide training for the right applicants.

We are a locally run, down to earth, women-owned business. Benefits of working for us include paid parking, 4 hour minimum on any job assignment, flexible schedule, holiday bonus pay, and working for a local, non-corporate business. Our sitters will be paid as w-2 employees, which differentiates us from other local sitter agencies as taxes will be taken out of your checks for you. We provide liability insurance to all of our sitters.

Eagle Valley Sitters is hiring experienced babysitters for a flexible on-call position. Work with children and babies between 2 months and 12 years old in client’s homes, vacation rentals or hotel rooms. Minimum 2 years professional childcare or babysitting experience required and 2-3 childcare related references. CPR certification or a willingness to become certified upon hire required. Must have a clean criminal background and a genuine interest in working with children of all ages. Job duties include designing engaging, age-appropriate activities for children, changing diapers, following nap time and feeding routines, and some light meal prep. This job has a flexible schedule, you pick and choose the shifts you want to work and can pick up as many as you want. Combination of mornings and evenings/ date night shifts. Overnight care is also occasionally requested but not a requirement.
