Parent-Teacher Conferences are one of the most important ways we partner together to ensure your child's success. It's a valuable opportunity to discuss their progress, celebrate achievements, and talk about goals for the rest of the year.

After completing their ELA unit on Empires of the Middle Ages, students put their learning into action by creating their very own castles! 🏰 We love seeing their creativity and learning come together in such a fun way!

We were honored to welcome Sheriff Paul Blackman to Avon Elementary as he officially swore in our newest Safety Patrol members! 🐬

These students have accepted the responsibility of serving our school and helping keep our Dolphins safe. We are so proud of them and excited to see them lead by example and make waves! 🌊

🚨🐬 Our 5th Graders Are Taking the DARE! 🐬🚨

Our 5th graders kicked off DARE this week with our amazing School Resource Deputy, Deputy Paul Deshazo! 👮‍♂️

Throughout the program, our Dolphins will learn important lessons about making smart choices, building confidence, resisting peer pressure, and staying safe. We are so thankful to have Deputy Deshazo investing in our students and helping prepare them to make positive decisions as they grow.

🏈⚾🏀⚽🏒 It was a FINtastic Friday! 🐬🖤❤️

Our Dolphins and staff showed off their team spirit today by sporting jerseys and shirts from their favorite sports teams! Our halls were filled with team spirit and school pride! 🏆

We loved seeing everyone represent the teams they cheer for! What a fun way to end the week! 🙌

🔬🌸 Our 4th grade scientists are getting hands-on with science!

To kick off their new unit on Plants, our fourth graders dissected flowers and made careful observations of the different parts and structures they discovered. 🌱🔍

This hands-on investigation will help students as they explore pollination, seed production, seed dispersal, germination, and the life cycles of plants.

We love watching our Dolphins learn by doing, asking questions, and thinking like scientists! 🐬🧪🌻
