Camp Imagine blends extended school year (ESY) services with a summer camp experience for developmentally disabled kids in Pre-K–12th grade. Students who qualify for ESY get individualized instruction and therapies through age 21 — skills that would otherwise slip away over the summer.

On September 17, you can help us fund it again this year. Connect to a Cause makes it easy: 100% online, takes about two minutes, and every dollar goes straight to work.

🌟 Mark your calendars! Camp Imagine is proud to be one of 100+ local nonprofits taking part in Connect to a Cause 2026 — Lorain County's biggest day of giving, happening Thursday, September 17, 8AM–8PM.

Every gift made through the Connect to a Cause portal helps us provide extended school year (ESY) services and a summer camp experience for developmentally disabled children in Pre-K through 12th grade, across Lorain and parts of Cuyahoga County. Please join us on Tuesday, August 4, from 6:30–8:30 PM for a special evening as we honor the memory of our colleague, Frank Krempasky, and support Camp Imagine, a cause that was very close to his heart. Frank faithfully served as the Treasurer of the Camp Imagine board for years and years.

We'll gather at 36901 American Way to enjoy free sweet treats from an ice cream truck while raising funds for Camp Imagine's bowling field trip, a fitting tribute to Frank, who loved bowling.

We hope you'll join us for an evening of community, remembrance, and giving back!

Camp Imagine will be closed tomorrow, July 10th due to unforeseen building circumstances at Avon Lake High School. Camp Imagine will resume Monday, July 13th unless otherwise notified.

Pizza day will be rescheduled for next week.
