What an extraordinary time I'm having with my two friends in Paris! We took a butter and cheese making class yesterday-- super fun and worth leaning about. Then we ate our way back through culinary streets with tiny shops filled with Cheese, Pastries and Chocolate. I cannot wait to teach what I'm learning with my people in the states! Sara Scofield - finally made it. You need to come next with me!

JULY: Backyard Grilling: July 14-16th (4 seats) 10:30am-1:30pm; Grilled Chicken, Pizzas on the Grill, Smores Bars, Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwiches, and Camping Mac & Cheese.
AUGUST: Summer Harvest- Fruits and Vegetable Recipes: August 4-6th (1 seat) OR August 11-13th (4 seats) 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be making various recipes including fresh summer produce from Chef Amee’s garden and the produce locally, including Fresh Fruit Tarts, Roasted Veggies and Potatoes, Italian Sausage Sandwiches, and Watermelon Granitas.

COST: $115 + $35 supplies

JUNE: Whimsical Cake & Cupcakes- Under the Sea Cakes and Cupcakes: June 16-18th (8 seats open) OR June 23-25th(4 seats open) 10:30am-1:30pm; Ocean Blue Vanilla and Chocolate Cakes using a variety of frostings and fondant while creating them into a charming ocean theme. *Bakers will need to pack a lunch for each class.

Sweet and Savory Danish and Donuts: July 14-16th (8 seats open) OR July 21-23rd (5 seats open) 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be making a variety of Danish and Donuts from Mini Cookies and Cream Donuts to Waffle Donuts with Bacon and Eggs.

AUGUST: Summer Harvest- Fruits and Vegetable Recipes: August 4-6th (6 seats open) OR August 11-13th (6 seats open) 10:30am-1:30pm; Young chefs will be making various recipes including fresh summer produce from Chef Amee’s garden and the abundance of produce in our local area, including Fresh Fruit Berry Tart, Roasted Veggies and Potatoes and Watermelon Granitas.
