Happy Wednesday from our Pre-K Count’s class! We’ve been having a blast so far learning about apples this week and doing so many apple activities! Also, our caterpillar in its chrysalis looks almost see through so it should be coming out any day now!

Happy Friday! Here are some fun pics from our Pre-K Counts class from the rest of our week! We did our K-W-L chart for apples, we changed out the sand table for a corn table, we drew pictures of compound animals, and learned about big and small items and sorted them! We got so messy and had fun playing in foam paint and drawing shapes! Have a nice weekend!

This week has been so much fun! We learned lots about apples and enjoyed the cool fall weather.

Our Pre-K Counts class has been learning so much so far this week! We’ve made paper plate faces in art and stained glass leaves, we’ve been learning about magnets and testing different objects, we’ve been building lots of things with blocks like castles, we started a new shared reading book called, “Grandpa, Grandpa,” and talked about fishing because that’s in the book! We even got to play in the bikeroom and see our pet hamster fluffy come out to get some carrots! Trunk or treat sign up sheets were sent home today! Don’t forget to return your ages and stages screenings by Friday if you haven’t yet! Keep the family pics coming if you haven’t sent them in yet! We love seeing everyone’s families hanging around the classroom! Have a great night!

Happy Friday! Our Pre-K Counts class kept busy as usual by playing in centers, playing outside, and in the bikeroom! We learned about positional words with the “Teddy Bear Positions” song and we were the authors and illustrators of our class book! We also had fun finding “cookies” around the room that matched the number on our plates! Have a fantastic weekend!

It’s been a busy week for our Pre-K Counts class and it’s only Wednesday! We shared family photos at circle, we had fun in centers doing sink and float experiments and drawing family pictures, we even used paint dabbers to practice our names. We started to observe two monarch caterpillars to see what will happen and we are working on making our own class book based on “Mrs. Wishy-Washy.” Stay tuned for some more learning and fun at the end of the week! Have a great night!
