Marcus Aurelio Jiu-Jitsu Academy Marcus Aurelio Jiujitsu Academy instructors teach self defense systems that focus on grappling/ ground fighting, and kickboxing.

Our Jiujitsu program promotes the concepts of leverage, spatial control, and finishing techniques. We offer three levels of Jiujitsu level classes, Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Advanced. Kickboxing classes are a combination of striking, kicking, cardiovascular conditioning, and strength training. This fast paced class will propel students into the best shape of their lives quickly. Fast gains

in conditioning results are also a notable advantage to Jiujitsu practitioners who want to see an improvement in their game. We instruct students of all ages and skill levels. All sports require a degree of physical fitness as well as mental focus so beginners can initially feel challenged; however over time students achieve gains in strength and endurance as a result of the exercises, drills, and sparring during training.
