It is always a pleasure to return home and relax after a long day of work. I have had the privilege of staying at over 40 Airbnb locations worldwide, and my recent experience in San Diego was just perfect. The space was cozy, spacious, and serene, providing the perfect environment for my artist friends and I to unwind after a long day at work. Thank you!

Throwback to the time I taught at various art studios throughout South Florida. This year, I’m traveling to my students at even further distances! I will be teaching my largest group to date in El Paso, Texas next month. Until then, it’s a huge amount of prep work.

Throwback to one of my fav. groups of crafters in Boca Raton, 4 years ago. These quilters had a great time transforming white fabric with such beautiful colors! Happiness is and quilters world combined.

Tonight’s session with military families who are staying at the VA hospital to be with their loved ones was very meaningful to me. Exactly seven years ago I taught my first class and here I am again, fulfilling my soul purpose. I am extremely thankful to this beautiful journey I’m on! Back in business school, the textbook kept telling us to keep it simple, keep it simple, keep it simple! Period. I’ve been doing just that - offering a simple service that allows one to connect (mostly to oneself), relax and be joyful.

Batiking with neighbors. Instead of sitting at the hospital as her daughter just gave birth to baby Kaia, Grandma Alla decided to stay zen and batik a cute gift for the new born. I’d probably do the same.. ha! She enjoyed her fav. wine too. ;)) Thank you Alla and Marina for batiking and celebrating an exciting moment with me.

Sunday is for the little things .. slow down is one of them. With an Airbnb Experience guests from Tennessee and New Mexico.
